Challenge:

The Martha’s Vineyard Boys and Girls Club approached BHM to help produce a video piece to promote their Build. Belong. Become. fundraising campaign for a new, state-of-the-art facility in Edgartown. The new building will provide a sorely needed update to existing facilities and create a safe, clean, and engaging space for kids to be kids. This video was shown at MVBGC’s annual gala.

Production:

To create the most effective story, we wanted to highlight the pressing needs of MVBGC, but also acknowledge the incredible impact that the club has on the Martha’s Vineyard community, and why it’s so important to have such a place available to the island’s youth. We collaborated closely with the client to build the story concept, and then spent a day on site where we conducted interviews and shot b-roll.

We managed to navigate several logistical challenges to craft a compelling story and deliver a polished final product!
