Wow it’s been over a full week since my last blog. I think that has been my longest gap since I embarked on my new goal of writing new blogs more often back in May. CHALLENGE: Meeting the Demands of Fast-Paced Corporate Conferences

RE·WORK initially approached us with a need to record the entire speaker lineup for two conference tracks across two days here in Boston. We worked in their two conference rooms to record their speakers during each of their sessions. Thanks to our streamlined setup and experience in Boston event videography, we were able to efficiently deliver video assets for their AI in Healthcare conference that RE·WORK was then able to share on YouTube. They sent the tracks with conference goers who wanted to touch back on what they had learned at the event they attended. These tracks are also great just for brand awareness and can also be used as a marketing tool to not only to boost attendance but also as a way to get more speakers to get on board to hold a session. This successful collaboration has since evolved into a long-term partnership, with Bunker Hill Media supporting RE·WORK’s corporate video production needs at seven major events to date.

PRODUCTION: Using Advanced Equipment to Capture High-Quality, On-Brand Content

For RE·WORK events, we deploy two comprehensive video production setups to handle multiple rooms simultaneously, an essential setup for capturing dynamic conference content. Each gear kit includes either a Sony FX3 or Sony FX30 camera, with integrated XLR audio handles that allow us to record clear, reliable audio directly from each room’s mixer. Our 24-105mm lenses provide us with flexibility, allowing us to seamlessly switch between wide-angle shots that capture the entire stage and tight shots focused on each speaker’s expressions.

Our Boston video production team recently added a new FX3 rig equipped with a Hollyland Mars M1 Enhanced monitor, which gives us additional control over each shot’s framing and focus, ensuring our content is consistently top-quality. The Rigid Pro cinerig base, complete with a D-tap splitter and SmallRig V-mount battery, also allows us to shoot for extended periods—an essential feature for conference recordings where extended battery life is critical. Our commitment to high-quality Boston brand storytelling is evident in each aspect of our setup and preparation, allowing us to effectively capture the energy of these events.

DELIVERABLES: Ensuring Professional, Brand-Aligned Content for Every Session

Each RE·WORK conference generates either 4k or 1080p HD video recordings for every session, providing the client with polished, professional content that highlights each presenter’s insights and contributions. We enhance each video with basic edits, including color and audio corrections, to ensure quality and consistency across the board. Additionally, we capture b-roll footage at networking sessions, which provides valuable supplementary footage to enhance RE·WORK’s marketing and event recap materials.
